Right it's your body type. People have different body types. It's the same for men. There are long and lean men who can't develop big muscles no matter how hard they try and there are also guys who "bulk up" very easily with fairly minimal effort.

There are lots of wealthy women who aren't long and lean though. Probably the majority of them actually. It's more that there is an idealized aesthetic associated with wealthy aristocratic women with long and lean limbs and minimal body fat.

I want to emulate this look!

You sound like you're in 7th grade.

None of those women look "Ozempic skinny." They are all women who have always been thin.

OP some people can work out a lot and even lift weights a lot and never look bulky. If I lift a lot of weights my arms get extremely toned but the muscles never get big. Same with my legs and butt. When I'm out of shape I definitely get a belly since having kids and hitting 40 but the rest of my body is just kind of naturally long and thin and if I exercise and eat well then I look long and lean because that's just my body type.

You maybe but Clooney and Markle are very likely on Ozempic: skinnier than ever in middle age, and rich. This is most rich media-conscious women these days.

Both women have always been very thin though. Especially Amal. Also there are people who have been staying thin as they age forever without Ozempic.

Like do you assume SJP is on Ozempic? Was Jacqueline Onassis on Ozempic? Audrey Hepburn? Nancy Reagan?

Audrey Hepburn didn't get enough to eat as a child and it had an impact on her body and her health. From the outside it may have looked desirable, but it was the result of deprivation and she was not happy with her body. Just some perspective here.

I got very toned doing barre regularly with reformer pilates thrown in now and then, but genetics definitely is part of it. I'm not curvy.

Hillary Duff struggles with this.

Megan definitely looks like she is on ozempic. She isn’t naturally thin, especially through the face and upper body- like she is now

Nope. She had a different body type before she married Harry. She seems to be actively working to maintain a certain look.

My late mom was the original Almond Mom. Was obsessed with maintaining her wedding weight of 100 pounds plus. Weighed herself every single day. Her mantra was, “if you never gain a pound, you never have to lose a pound.”

She quite literally wasted away the last few years of her life and became alarmed when her heart failure symptoms caused her to lose her appetite. Then she became anxious about trying to gain.

Awful horrible way to live your life.

I have this body type and have not had to work that hard at it because of genetics. If it helps, I feel rather depressed most days because of genetics and well...life.

I remember the first time I saw Nancy Reagan’s inauguration ball gown at the Smithsonian and being completely shocked an adult could be so small bodied.

Yeah…but she was tiny. An outlier body type.

Plenty of UC women don’t look this way. They just aren’t putting pictures of themselves on Instagram, or allowing a lot of pics of them in the press.

Audrey Hepburn had childhood malnutrition. Jackie O starved to be thin and would absolutely be on Ozempic.

OP I'm like you. But I workout more intensely - challenging weights, run, etc. I definitely look more "fit" and "strong" than "thin" or "lean."

My sister does light yoga and pilates (and some light walking) and has the lithe and lean frame like the celebs you posted. It's what works for her. Different strokes for different folks.

I have the thin/lean look despite lifting heavy weights. I would absolutely love to have a more athletic physique. I think thin/lean physiques are preferred only by a subset of certain women. I tend to think in real life, more people prefer more of athletic or even curvy look.

Not eating much: it's easier when you have a chef to make you salads and grilled fish. drinking in place of food rather than in addition. Pilates and Barre. In the past, smoking, but now less so. Also plastic surgery like lipo.
