I use disposable nitrile gloves when I’m handling hot chili peppers. I don’t see why you wouldn’t use them if you want to.

I use nitrile gloves. I have electric cars, solar, compost, don’t use paper towels, but this is the area that I use disposables. In other countries, disposable gloves are washed and reused, but I haven’t gotten there yet. I also am an MD so I guess I am numb to all the glove wastage. But now I feel bad.

Same. But I don’t use gloves for handling raw meat, only when it’s really messy like the above example

I use nitrile gloves when I chop hot chiles. I’m vegan so no raw meat

I do this, too. Just make sure you don't touch your spice bottles, fridge handle, etc.

Yes! I do this every time I touch raw meat bacon shrimp fish etc. I use disposable powder free nitrile gloves
