The space argument is the strongest. The burbs also just have more people, and a younger demographic and household profile than cities. It’s where the kids are.
Re: $$$ All youth sport is pay to play. Soccer is not an expensive sport in the grand scheme of things, and in all competitive level youth sport the parents complain about the cost and cost structure.
