I'd make sure my swimsuit is modest so that boss doesn't think I'm trying to give him ideas, might even opt for board shorts and rash guard (which are more comfortable for snorkeling and jetskiing anyway). With that I'd go for it.

I would feel inappropriate in like a string bikini or something. Just like I'd be a little uncomfortable if he showed up in a Speedo. Keep stuff covered and it'll be fine.
