Just be yourself, honestly. Wear what makes you comfortable. I used to share office space with someone who was married to a billionaire. She wore leggings and Nike sneakers sometimes. She was nice, and she had her own problems too, money doesn't make you immortal.

If they're old money, I don't doubt they'll be much nicer than the trashy, garish, new money, types who are vile and classless.
You need to relax, it'll be fine. If you're guy is the type who loves his family and loves you, I doubt he'd bring you to meet them if he didn't think they'd like you.

Brearley is full of smart nerdy types. I don't get the impression they tend to be fashion plates.
Chapin is a bit less smart and a bit more polished, clothes wise.
Really, though, just be yourself. Err on the side of being less dressy and less flashy. Look nice, neat and clean. NO perfume. Very little or no makeup.

What is your boyfriend like? Usually you’re able to get a sense of his family’s style and relationship with money and brands based on how he presents himself.
And I know this sounds cynical, but I always wear a nice but low-key watch (Cartier tank francaise or panthere in stainless steel does the job) around these types, plus pearl or diamond studs. It may not matter to them, but looking like you somewhat belong might make you feel more comfortable.
