Agree with others that you seem way too calm about this. “very disappointed??” I’d be right there with the pp, light years past planet pissed off and researching scared straight programs to drop my child off at within the next 24 hours.

If your unmediated symptoms are so severe that you can’t process/address this crisis then you need to consult a doctor to find a way to get replacement meds asap and not just wait it out for a week. Also where is your spouse in this and why isn’t she springing into action?

What? No. Normal people lock up controlled substances in their home. It's what your physician advises you to do.

This isn’t true. Our medicine is in our medicine cabinet and not locked up. While I have not done a survey of our friends, I don’t know anyone who actually locks up drugs in their house.

You need to see a family therapist. This is bigger than you can even imagine.

Get her in therapy. Pull her out of school (she is now the drug dealer kid in school.) and do private or homeschool for a year. Shes very lucky she did not get arrested or clicked out. Is your wife her mother? One bio parent needs to be spending tons of time with her this is a cry for help. If that’s you go part time so you can spend every afternoon together for a year.

Honestly, I'd be so far beyond planet Pissed Off that the light from planet Pissed Off would take 1000 light years to reach me. I'd take everything from her. No phone, no car, no outings, no extracurricular, no money, no job, everything that matters to her would evaporate like dry ice on a hot summer day. I would have her in a strict schedule to ensure enough sleep, exercise, nutrition, and academic stimulation. I would make her "earn" my trust back. With my trust comes privileges and freedom. It would take months. During this time I would (kindly and calmly) ask probing questions to determine if the problem is worse or if there are underlying problems. I would take her for coffee once a week as a "health check". I do this for much more minor infractions and my kids know not to test me. Actually when they are tempted I say "Go ahead, I dare you to test me! I've been honing my patience for this for longer than you've been alive. Don't believe me? Try it." Honestly they take you up on this only once if you are true to your word. "Mom jail" is no fun at first, but does bond you by the end if you implement it correctly.

I would start very calmly and try to get as much info as posssible before you go ballistic — once you do that, you won’t get any info.
Where did she sell them, to whom, how did she find these interested buyers? Why did she think she needed the money? Also did she sell a whole month or just a week? Obviously both very bad but selling 7 pills seems to me not quite as bad as selling t30. Did she take any herself? How many? Why?

I’m not saying this to excuse what she did but the answers will help you figure out what kind of a problem you have here.
