The first thing I did when I finally had my own life was to buy a million washcloths and institute a lid-up policy.

It depends.

I live alone + prefer the lid to be up so that I don’t have to keep putting it up before I use the toilet 🚽.

I guess it is just a matter of one’s personal preference that is all…….
