Similar, my surname has a part that sounds like the name of an animal that some people consider cute and so there are pictures of said animal on all sorts of items. All my extended family tends to collect these items and have them tucked in various places around our houses. We just like to have fun with it.

I got married in 2010 and all of that was a thing back then, too. On my honeymoon I saw 3 or 4 different women in white bikinis with those "just married" sunhats. And yeah, wedding parties wore those bride/bridesmaid shirts to go dress shopping, or the nail salon on the wedding day, or the bridal shower, etc. It's not new.

Haha. I really want a shirt that says "Not like the other girls" because it's in a song I like by Blood Orange, but I'm afraid no one is going to get it.

The wifey/bride/MOH stuff has been around forever. I had a lot of peers get married in 2016-2018 (and also got married in that time frame myself) and everyone had them for the bachelorette and wedding day. On our honeymoon there were 6 couples on our flight in some variation of these shirts. It's sort of similar to the mama/mama bear clothing, that gives me the ick but to each his own.

Never seen the "Mom's Favorite" kind of stuff but I would imagine that if you looked for it 10 years ago, you'd find it.
