Subject: Timing Belt
If a timing belt goes out on modern vehicles, the entire car is toast and can even cause a wreck while driving it.
It's a cheap maintenance item, around $20 for one, if you do it yourself. Plenty of videos online how to change them. It's mostly 2 hours of labor is all.

I don’t think driving style matters that much. Is your car exposed to very high or very low outside temperatures? That might matter

If you plan to keep the car I would just do it OP. If the timing belt goes, it will take out the water pump with it and leave you stranded on the side of the road. The Honda recommendation is 7 years or 100k miles on the belt. You are well past both and I’m shocked this is the first you are hearing of it.

If you turn the engine off when driving that would reduce wear on the belt. Otherwise, your driving style doesn't matter.

Depends on the car .. I believe Honda's if the timing belt breaks the car is basically dead/ ruined .. if the timing breaks in say a lexus or toyota it is not as big of a deal for the engine. Just depends on the car. Yes on the Honda I would replace it.,

I just replaced the timing belt in my Pilot. Just over 100k miles and hoping to drive it a few 3-4 more years.
Cost was $1500 for timing belt, water pump, a few other things they recommend and spark plugs. I went to a local shop I trust.
