I like Wegmans as well. Except for their cheddar cheeses, which I find are too crumbly and don’t slice well at the deli.

I’m also not brand loyal so I will mix and match different deli providers for a cold cut that I like. Storebrand, dietz and Watson, but I’m staying away from boars head for the time being.

I like Off the Bone style Kretzshmar turkey. Its a Smithfield brand.

Turkey always goes bad faster than ham or other cuts that are made with nitrates. The same goes for the "uncured" meats which also skip the nitrates.


The store baked turkey is literally sliced turkey roast. It is not deli meat turkey, Deli turkey has nitrates.
