Gift cards to Sephora/ Target/ Amazon
Lululemon item
Kendra Scott item
Hoodie (college, sports team etc.)
These suggestions are extremely heterosexist.
FFS, not everything is a “micro-aggression” or “patriarchal” or “heterosexist”. People like you are exhausting.
I was a tomboy and would not have really treasured any super gendered gift card
I don’t know if you are the PP, but then make some suggestions. The condescending “this is so heterosexist” (especially when the suggestions are accurate for the majority of 14 year old girls) is just unhelpful and reeks of virtue signaling.

Amazon is also easy as they sell brands she likes for sportswear as well.
While I think many would love the suggestions above, a Nike gift card is a great gender neutral gift I think most teens would be excited about. In addition to sneakers, my DD loves Nike socks and these biker shirt things - so plenty of options.

And probably spot on
I don't know how old this kid is, but the parents may not be happy their 14 year old is trying to buy $100 in makeup.
Honestly OP, nothing speaks like a crisp bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A 14 year old is in HS. I really don’t police what my teen chooses to buy with gifted money or gift cards. That is what they are for, to buy things they wouldn’t ordinarily get.
You might be ok with your 14 year old wearing makup. Other people are not
