NP when ready to use, how do you prepare? Thaw then bake?

Cocktail samosas don’t come pre-cooked. You have to fry them. But because they’re so small, it shouldn’t take much time. Just use a large/flat vessel and do like 25 at a time.

But 200 samosas will take forever to fry.

The pre-made ones are already fried. You could fry them again, I guess, and they will taste even more greasy/good but that's not why people buy them.

I microwave them for 30 seconds then crisp up in the oven. If you have more time--thaw then bake.

Metro Dhaba in Gaithersburg. Definitely a hole in the wall type place, but I have had several friends get samosas there for parties.
