No, i have a background in health. 165. 5'8" But I feel like those healthy days are so far behind me at this point.

I was at the very low end of the range (by like a point or two) and they would not prescribe anything.
And these ranges (depends on age) are like 250-900.
There is a reason so many supplements advertise for low T.
I found that brickhouse fuel raised my testosterone but it ls like 200 bucks a month.
Before I started it I had already gotten in great shape and exercise a ton - but that seemed to drive libido lower so I I got tested (twice) for my levels before trying supplements. So far raised it over 150 points.
Mine was 170 in April. Doc was about to prescribe TRT. Recheck levels last month and test increased to 370. Only thing that I changed was getting some sun exposure.
What brickhouse product? I also might try shilajit.
