There was a kid in my school growing up who was blond and blue eyed, didn't seem particularly shy or anything, but always had red cheeks above the jaw line sort of in the jowl area. It was just a healthy glow and quite attractive. If that's what he has, it's nothing to be ashamed of.
Same! It made me so self conscious. Consult with a few derms if possible to see what they suggest. Mine went away with age (also mid 20s) but I would have loved a solution earlier
