It’s good to occasionally put 87 octane in the tank and go back to 93. It won’t derail anything if you’ve made improvements you actually like.
Quoting myself here. OP, Get wrecked with your friends. It won’t set you back at all. 10 or 20 years from now when you are still on your wellness path it won’t make a difference how much BBQ you ate or how many soda pops you had. What will matter is you will remember you had a great unencumbered weekend with your buddies. By the age of 68, one of them may now longer be with us.
