He also has ADHD and I wonder if that's a factor.
Does he wear a pull-up to bed?

That’s ludicrous

Not really certain as of yet, we're staying in a friend of a friend's condo - and will likely just be figuring out who is going to be in what room the day we first arrive.
When he stays over here with us, he's usually pretty independent when it comes to bedtime. Generally doesn't wear pajamas over here, but obviously we will be packing some for the trip.
Our host is a wonderful, kind and understanding person. I mentioned off-hand that he sometimes has this happen at night a long while back, when we first came up with the idea of going on this trip, but honestly I can't remember what (if anything?) she even said about it! I'll text her sometime today to double check however.

I would get him used to wearing protection at night so it isn’t such a big deal to him when you take your trip. There are size 7 overnight diapers that would likely still fit him or you can try the pull-ups. He might not like the idea of having to wear one at first but just reassure him he is still a big kid and it will help keep his bed dry.
Is there any notable difference? Have no idea as of right now whether or not he's going to be in a room with us, or somewhere else in the condo. But there certainly are going to be a LOT of other kids around ranging in age from infants up to teenagers. So discreetness is important.

They try to make them look like underwear but it's still obvious what they really are, As far as how they feel i've never asked my kid about that.
NP here, sorry to be butting in.
Are they easily concealed from other kids? My nephew has dealt with night accidents for ages now, but we're trying to work out how to bring him with us on a trip with us during Fall break. There will almost certainly be a LOT of other kids around at the condo however. So this was a concern.
How old is he and what does he usually wear for nighttime?
Just underwear for right now. We have a washable bed mat that we use and rotate out 2-3 day by day. He will be 7 by the time we're leaving for this trip.
