Again, it was only one year but I know at least 2 of the sibs didn’t get in until PK4. And I think some didn’t get in until K or just moved on. Sorry for the tangent, it just sucks when your lottery luck is that bad (even though it was a long time ago).
Looking at the historical lottery data, I do not believe this is correct. They may not have been willing to take an offer after the year started though.
