You should expect to see more movement starting Sept 10th!
But they can proactively call the parents to offer assistance, right? Or see in ASPEN that the student enrolled elsewhere?

Especially at Title I schools, I imagine they are waiting to see how many more IB kids in grades K and up appear on Thursday when PK starts, and next week after Labor Day. Schools near Eagle Academy's locations are probably being particularly cautious about taking kids off the waitlist.

They will pick up on your anxiety so if you get a late offer, consider the long run and make the choice that's best for you and stick with it. Any wiggle room will create more uncertainty. You got this!

Same here.
Think about what would need to happen to make a change.
A child who was enrolled yesterday informed the school that they would not be enrolling.
The situations where this would happen would be:
someone enrolled in EL Haynes (the only school I know that opened this week)
someone enrolled in a school that had spaces (I believe Cap City has PreK3 spaces if anyone is looking)
some parent finally got around after previously enrolling their child - to unenroll their child (Move or private school)
Next week when kids do not show up in spaces they enrolled in is when lists will move.
