They are obviously trying to steal, and many customers probably did not notice.

I don’t think it’s intentional but I don’t want to have to keep checking into it every month.

exactly. I hate when someone’s attitude is like so what? what’s the big deal? hm. put yourself in that situation and tell me you wouldn’t be upset.
