I still find it a little easier to cut breakfast because I tend to just eat carbs and dairy and it's my least nutritionally dense meal, and of course not drinking and snacking at night helps. But I haven't seen strong effects.
This is me. Counting calories was time consuming and inaccurate (how much is a bowl of ramen from a restaurant?). Cutting out a snack before bed and a bunch of carbs in the morning was a much better approach for me. Like another PP, my goal is to not gain weight, so it has been a good fit for my lifestyle. If I ever wanted to *lose* weight, I would have to do more than just IF.
