I still find it a little easier to cut breakfast because I tend to just eat carbs and dairy and it's my least nutritionally dense meal, and of course not drinking and snacking at night helps. But I haven't seen strong effects.

This is me. Counting calories was time consuming and inaccurate (how much is a bowl of ramen from a restaurant?). Cutting out a snack before bed and a bunch of carbs in the morning was a much better approach for me. Like another PP, my goal is to not gain weight, so it has been a good fit for my lifestyle. If I ever wanted to *lose* weight, I would have to do more than just IF.

Didn’t help me lose weight, had low energy and eventually got depressed. I am back eating normal meals.

I do it because it's easy in the sense that I'm just not hungry before 4p in the afternoon. Even as a kid, I didn't really eat breakfast. I do OMAD. I throw in Bulletproof coffee just to keep me really full. There are days where I'll have a couple of slices of pizza and still lose weight. because as someone mentioned, it really is about caloric intake and when you're eating within a smaller window of time, you're not going to eat 2000 calories in one meal, at least, not most people.

Did it for months. Lost no weight but felt better in the mornings.
