I think it is. But he's also just about the only council member I ever saw out and about talking about crime like it's a problem.

Listen, the rent is not the issue to me as much as the fact that he was on the other side of the river, especially if you had to put up with his bs. He doesn't do constituent services, he does nothing about crime. Navy Yard was literally just added to his district, he couldn't wait to upgrade.
