They will still need to deal with Charlotte SA and NC Courage to run the Mid Atlantic. Again, it is way too early to tell and I can be completely incorrect and NVA, Arlington or Richmond may be the front runners coming out of VA to compete for that top Mid Atlantic spot against the North Carolina clubs.
But looking at the Copa tournament this past weekend. Everyone has something to clean up to get ready for league play.
Arlington is probably the strongest 2012 in the area. Second is NVA. FVU is an unknown. VDA will be weak.

For new ecnl parents, no surprise here. These are the 3 lowest clubs in the MA division usually.
VDA was ranked #25 in the nation the last time the ecnl ranked its clubs (highest of all Virginia clubs), and just sent 4 of its 6 girls teams to champions league playoffs this summer (highest of all VA clubs). But don’t let the facts get in your way…carry on.

Braddock Road is top 140?
No, but VYS was. And that's where the bulk of their team comes from.
And VYS had players playing up on the 2011 Brave team last year.

This happens every year with the new u13 families. Their team is extra special because they have won by large margins at u-littles.
They are actually the kids who missed some of their U8/U9 development years for COVID, so Im curious to watch. Will the impact be greater closer in to DC where fields were closed or did the kids just have to develop on their own
