Here’s what I’ll do tonight. Smash canned black beans, spread on tortilla, shred cheddar over, over with tortilla. Lightly fry in olive oil and serve with guac, salsa, chopped tomatos.
Someone on here suggested those kings Hawaiin ham and cheese sandwiches where you bake the whole pan together which also seems good but I guess not everyone likes ham.
Frozen taquitos from Costco or grocery store. Beans on side. Could do Spanish rice on side if you have the flavoring pack.
If I have fruit I’ll put that out too, or carrots, but I find most of them won’t eat veggies.
