The kind that is trash and clearly doesn't know any manners. I had a weird situation myself today. I was in 711 in a lower class area and while I was in line up (not many people) one person in front of me and a lady with two early teen daughters behind me. As I was about to pay I move about an inch to the cashier and the daughter was so close she was touching me. I said excuse me and not only did she not move neither did her sister or mother. I know there are personal space invaders but touching someone and not moving after they say excuse me is pretty rude to say the least. As I was walking outside the lady in a black suv drive by me giving me the finger telling me to have the day I deserve. It's pretty shocking that a grown adult not only doesn't teach her daughter about personal space or what excuse me means but to give someone the middle finger and in a sense gaslight them into thinking they did something wrong. This lady clearly has zero manners and is a terrible role model to her daughters. In my situation I would say the mother IS teaching her daughters entitlement, and terrible manners. People like this and in your situation are out there. When you're not taught manners how can you teach your children.

I knew a girl and she was also like this. Middle finger up at people, trash talking to her kids. She happen to also have a black suv. I ended the friendship as I was tired of her aggressive behavior & hated how she treated her kids. I knew this girl in elementary school and back then she was a bully as a kid so I was surprised she became an adult bully. Oh she works in the hospital! You'd think she would know how to be kind to others but nope.

I'm pretty appalled that you actually posted a link to the picture. I waited for the zoomed version to load to confirm it shows the license number as well as a very clear picture of the driver. I don't know the intersection but I'm sure there's plenty of people who do. It adds nothing to your post OP to say what kind of vehicle it was, whether it had a stuffed bee on the dashboard--let alone display it--and btw I couldn't make out the preteen anyway, just the driver (and you know she is the mom how?).
