I wouldn't say many...more like some teams. The vast majority don't care about your residency which is why they are travel teams and not LL teams.

Interesting. I don't think that's common where I live. LL and Travel are two entirely separate things. In fact, we've been a part of two teams that prohibit playing for the travel team and also playing rec/LL
