No. Just no. Take it and still enjoy what you want to eat. Relearning how to eat is part of the learning process with the meds.

Semaglutide (learn to spell it correctly) is for diabetes. No one takes it to lose vanity weight. Shame on you for contributing to shortages.

You are both wrong and rude!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semaglutide

"vanity weight" is not a thing, you are overweight or you are not. No responsible doctor will prescribe weight loss meds to someone who is not overweight.

Shame on you for being a fat shaming douche.

Using a drug to alter your biochemistry due to simply being overweight is the height of stupid. How about stop oinking so much instead? JFC

Anyone who writes this is a grade A moron and I can't take anything you say seriously.

So no to controlling the gluttony and yes to an elaborate biochemistry altering drug. Sounds like a great plan.

I wish this on you: having to take the medication I have to take that causes massive weight gain and wrecks your metabolism. You will sing a different tune.

My son has gotten very sick when he takes his dose a few days late. A week or two off and you probably have to start at a lower dose and build up again.

Have you ever taken or been in a relationship with someone taking hormonal birth control? Were you as judgmental about that biochemistry altering drug?

You get an A+ for exceptionally stupid comparisons. This whole thread really delivers and demonstrates just how ridiculously privileged people are.

Translation: "I have no substantive response to this valid point that illustrates the ridiculousness of the point I previously typed, so instead I will resort to ad hominem attacks."

Weak.

Exactly. Dont feed the troll. She uses words like oink so you know she is unhinged.

The idea is not to starve yourself, but to be less hungry so you naturally reduce portions.

That's not what my doctor told me. But I agree that there is no reason to go off.

Vanity weight is absolutely a thing. You're a freaking loon and OP is weird.

You can go there if you want, but the fact is you said semiglutide is not prescribed for weight loss. When presented with a link showing you were 100% wrong, instead of saying "I stand corrected" like a grown up you stuck out your tounge like a child.

Medically, you are overweight or you are not.

Compoinding pharamcies are not having a shortage and will prescribe it to pretty much anyone. So please stop the drama.

Also, Wegovy is the same as Ozempic and it's FDA approved for weight loss. So you're wrong even when not overly dramatic.

To the OP. When I was on it, my doctor said it stays in your system for 3-4 weeks so you'll be fine. However, you can still enjoy your vacation without consuming huge amounts of food.
