I am going through this now. I am just trying to really be disciplined. I've had friends who went through this but were able to figure it out. Good luck.

Why do people get off semaglutide? Wouldn't your diabetes or whatever come back once the weight comes back?

This. I was on it for a year and lost 40 pounds. I gained it all back when I stopped. I’m back on it and plan to be on it until I no longer care how I look.
