They are already offering OP another job. OP just doesn’t like the position and details of that job. That’s not the company’s issue.

When restructuring happens, companies have to be really careful
About what other jobs they offer the associates that are staying, because it can open them up to a lot of legal headaches.

At my company, if you turn down a comparable internal role, you are ineligible for a severance package. You better make sure that’s not the case.
