Running skirt w built-in compression shorts and pocket or Wrist phone band. I don’t like belts or upper armbands.

I like using a running belt that holds little water bottles and my phone. It’s also good for holding mittens or arm warmers in the winter.

Compression shorts with a pocket for the phone. Works great. Pocket is very deep and doesn’t even move.

No. I have pushed them low on my hips and tighten them, but they still slowly slides up. I use an armband
