+1. If you are going to go through the effort of having your man test his sperm, just go to a fertility clinic. These are just lab tests, it will be covered by your insurance.

For certain ultra religious people who are prohibited from masterbating, the clinic provides a special, clean collection-condom for natural s*x. But that’s done at home and later brought it for testing.

For everyone else, the clinic could care less who goes with you into the exam or collection room to watch, as long as the man follows the instructions, usually pinned to the wall of the room (pee first, wash hands thoroughly, sterile collection-cup, use only the lube provided etc).
