It would require both houses of the Congress to move forward. If people care about this, they need to vote.

In terms of the age/term limits, assuming something like age 70 was selected, it would leave 3 consecutive and 1 liberal judge. If Trump were to win, that’s a landslide for him. If Biden was to win, if only ends on being, at best, a 4-3 court.
I would like to see legislation that also requires Congress to act on all nominations (of every type- agency, judicial or military) within a strict timeframe.
