yeah like i said, prob wants to sell it.

it isnt the shortage that is whats so peculiar but the reshuffling and not developing in place that strikes me. "we're going to take this but we have something down the way to replace it for ya" but upon closer look, the building stock is inferior to the beautiful restored turn of century building taken and it is not in the former prime locale.
