Whatever your feelings about immigration, we have a lot of undocumented immigrants in this area. Do you think their vehicles are properly registered, licensed, and insured if they're undocumented?

My experience is that the only people who do that are Americans like my ex. No illegal immigrant puts themselves at risk of being caught. If any, they may drive someone else's car with a license abroad.
