My feet are pretty nice. When I ran more (did a few marathons), I'd sometimes get callouses, but not so much anymore.

Diminishing returns. No need to run more than a 5K. People run too much and too far and damage their feet, face, knees and hips. Jog or run a 5K and walk.

Found the weak one with a poorly functioning cardio system.

It doesn’t make you look wrinkly and droopy, but being in the sun too much does that, and having a very thin body will make your face look older.

I have been running for 15-20 miles per week for over 35 years. My feet are nice. Well - I have always had toes that are just so-so - but I have high arches and still think my foot shape is nice. Pedicurist can always tell I run from the callouses on my heels but that's a pretty small area that just looks a little more weathered

Ive been running for 25 yrs but might not run as much as you all (5-7 miles daily) but my feet are fine. My toenails used to bruise when I had poorly fitting shoes but they’re fine now that I’m correctly fitted.
