No. If a kid scores high on all of their AP exams, it shows they have a good understanding of those subjects and it is standardized. It’s not subjective.

Anonymous wrote:If your student receives this award before senior year, and has room in the app, yes of course they list the award. Maybe it doesn't mean much considering that the student can also list the scores in the testing section, but there's no reason not to include the award in the award section. I can't think of a reason one wouldn't include it (unless "there isn't room").

From what we understand, colleges use AP scores for placement/credit, not for admissions decisions so we weren’t going to list all the scores but it seems like listing the “scholar with distinction” designation as an honor can’t hurt…
