That’s pretty good. Less than $17 per person and that’s if you only count swimmers.

Ours probably could pay for it, or at least a portion, but they won’t. Families wouldn’t be willing to pay much, so everyone just brings their own food.

Our pool is trying to cater this year for the first time but also asking a main or app or dessert in addition. I'm not sure I get it

Ours will be held at a nearby country club and it costs $15 for the swimmer and $20 for other family members.

Ours is the same. At that point in the season I think parents want something that’s easy and kids mostly just want to be in the pool. We’ve had 1-2 canceled for weather and most kids did not care.

We go to a club in Olney. $20, $15, and $10.

NVSL -- Ours is catered (by a restaurant that is a team sponsor) and the team provides beer/wine, soda, and water. No charge for attendance. Paid for from team funds.

At one of the Country Clubs which is part of CCSDA, they charge $60/person for everyone, adults and kids. It’s pasta, salad and brownies. I left hungry. Never again.

Ours is at the pool, catered by a local Italian restaurant. It’s free for swim team kids, $25 for guests 12 and older, and $15 for ages 4-11. They check names at the door, so you have to pay (or at least RSVP in advance for the headcount if you are under 4 or on the team) to get in. After dinner they do awards, a slide show, and the younger kids swim.

Our end of year team celebration doesn’t include a dinner. Everyone eats dinner before the celebration. The celebration is announcements of awards, paper plate awards, and there are several Costco cakes and a slideshow of the year. Then all the kids go play in the pool.

I belong to a larger Nova pool and organized the swim banquet one year. We ordered Maggianos and they delivered and helped set up. We got salads, a couple pastas, meatballs and chicken. Drinks were lemonade, soda or water, desserts were from Costco. It was around $20-$25 pp and probably less for kids, but things have gone up since. When I planned the amount of food to order, I counted children under 12 as a 1/2 person and there was still some extra food but not too much. The catering staff at the restaurant was helpful in planning.
