Trump is incoherent and in serious mental decline. It's obvious in how his vocabulary has gone from articulate to 5th-grade level, how he slurs his words, how he goes off on incoherent rants that make no sense whatsoever. Literally every argument you make about Biden's supposed mental fitness and how he's unfit to serve and needs to step down thus ALSO applies to Trump. Sorry but you CANNOT GET AROUND THAT. It's never going to go away. You CAN'T "sorry but this is about Biden, not Trump" your way out that. We'll be here to remind you of that every step of the way. You can continue to scream this into the ether, but the voters that matter are those who don’t support Trump but are also concerned about Biden’s mental acuity. Turning every discussion of whether Biden is up to another 4 years in office into “but what about Trump” doesn’t help you. These voters already know Trump sucks but need assurance that the Dems have a viable alternative to offer.


They can "be concerned about Biden's mental acuity" all they want but the reality is that unless and until there is a solid candidate actively out there on every state ballot with the funds and the polling to show they will blow Trump out of the water with a substantial point margin in swing states, then it's you who's shouting into the ether. And no, they DON'T sufficiently "already know Trump sucks" if this is where we're at, that they are willing to throw their votes away for not having a viable alternative, and thereby give Trump an easy win.

It IS about Trump. His party loves him because they consume nothing but far right lies and spin. And our media doesn't push back on it. We need to hold the media accountable and we need to blast the truth about Trump out there. But instead all we have is Dems trying to beat themselves senseless. Might as well just throw the towel in and hand the victory to Trump right now if that's what your dumb strategy is.

There are plenty of media outlets that relentlessly call out Trump’s lies. His supporters don’t consume their news from those outlets though so that isn’t going to move the needle. And those same media outlets are right to be questioning Biden’s cognitive fitness to lead the nation for another 4 years. They would be derelict if they ignored what we all saw on that stage.
