Trump's highest policy here (phasing out imports of essential goods from China) came in at 55%. Fourteen different Biden policies rated above this one. Overall 24 of the 28 Biden policies received over 50% support, while 6 of the 28 Trump policies received over 50% support.
Too many people get their news from sources like Fox that have them all wound up and misinformed.
