From the article: "Sex therapy is not requiring you to have sex in front of your therapist. Sex therapy is talk therapy.”

A friend of mine has sex on mdma and she said real sex has never been the same since. She said she may have had 10 orgasms at least on it.

Dude, she’s not going to just dig in teaching you new moves and trust falls. First she has to assess the level of abuse or games or hurt. Or outsource that.

I’ve never remotely considered going to one - I’ve just seen people hear talking about it. I can’t imagine a workable relationship where you have to talk to someone else who is not your partner about sex. Seems like it defeats the point, unless you’re having sex with the therapist too.

Maybe hookers, I don't know, but I can see where there is a market for women therapists who will teach a naive inexperienced guy what to do to actually please a woman. I would think that if the word got out about such a woman she could make a whole bundle of money.

Do you understand your own arousal patterns, if you’re partnered can you read theirs. It can be like couples counseling or coaching. There are some practitioners that teach you how to orgasm if you cannot.
