I have snored since before 9. Never kept me from sleeping and DH sleeps like a rock. Had my tonsils and adenoids out at 5. Do not have sleep apnea but it seems to help to have my head elevated. Try a wedge pillow.

It’s different if his sleep is affecting someone else. I’m also grateful for my DH cpap. But I assume the OPs kid sleeps alone.
