Subject: What does MAP-M measure? (What do flat/dipping scores mean?)
My DD was in the 70's in K, dipped down to the 60's in 1st and now is in the 90's for 2nd. For one, I think her teacher was really good with the higher level kids. The biggest thing I did was have her do 15 minutes or so of Happy Numbers, which is on the MCPS Chromebook as part of the her class's page of apps. I think the repeated practice helped to cement the skills she learned at school.
