Have Mr Softee ice cream trucknshow up. You can pay for them to be a thr party for a few hours. Far better than any of the previous suggesstions.

fruit skewers - watermelon, strawberries, pineapple are my favorite but people also like cantaloupe, honeydew, and grapes

snickerdoodles (or any other cookie w/o chocolate or candy that would get melty and messy)

Have you ever been in a grocery store in your life? You truly do not know of desserts that will not melt?
