They are still going to drive. It will just be junkers clogging up the street.

Your initial comment was that this lot isn't convenient to transit. It's actually very convenient for someone commuting to the Ballston Metro. I was replying to what you wrote, not the secret gripes you had in your head.

Yeah, that secret need for food. I totally made up that people who live in apartments need to eat, as well as commute to work.

It's a stupid location for a 6 unit building. Density should be near transit hubs and amenities not in the middle of neighborhoods.

Adults who can’t drive (seizures, eyesight, etc).

Buses come at BEST every 15 minutes. It’s probably almost faster to walk to Ballston.

Either way, you will soaking in sweat.

Just like living near an air conditioned metro with trains every 6 minutes. TRANSIT.

Someone else might know better, but I thought (all things being equal) that corner lots are less desirable because you have minimum setbacks from the street on 2 sides.

Looking at these triplexes, setbacks seems ignored by MM somehow.

One perk is way more street parking and maybe two curb cutouts.
