why you want to live in MD if your Job is in VA? You would be paying high income taxes for living in MD. Bad financial move.

Unless you work off hours I wouldn’t do this.
I did it for a year. Morning was fine as i had to be at work at 0630. Coming home was awful. Took 90 mins some days. This was from Leesburg to Rockville. Leesburg is farther than Reston but I used toll rd. It was the beltway that was the issue.

Can't even spell it correctly.

Can’t spell it but I can afford it.

Lmaoo love this reply, that poster was being a massive douche and you put her back in her place.

Anyway OP, depending on how often you will have to commute to Reston, I would personally recommend going somewhere in VA (N Arlington, Tysons area, etc)

Find a new job or move.

agree-- I did it. Always stressed about the trip home. It's hard to focus on work when you're like, should I leave at 3pm or 8pm today?

Either way - you'll get home at the same time

Best idea. You can always drive as a back up.

I go the opposite way, live in eastern Loudoun, work in Bethesda (just over the AL Bridge). On a good day, I get to work in 30 minutes (G'town Pike, Rt. 7).
