Posted about it two weeks ago on DCUM ("can't lose weight" thread) and then doubled down on being religously careful about what I eat, logging it in my Noom app... and I've shed 5lbs in slow, consistent declines every day. Made it through a weekend with good food and nights out, and didn't slip. Once again feeling like I have the power to do this!

I put on 12-13 lbs in the past year and was really feeling self conscious about my appearance. Around late April/May, with summer approaching I finally got serious about trying to get my eating under control. I've also been walking a ton. Now I am down 8 lbs and feeling much better in my clothes.
Yesterday I wore a semi fitted dress to work and left for the airport right after and was getting compliments left and right, even from the uber driver. It was a nice confidence boost.
