I recently ate chipotle — salad bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, veggies, corn, tomatoes and a pinch of sourcream (no guac or meat). That is about 500 cals. But it had so much sodium in it that I felt terrible for the rest of the day and couldn’t eat anything else. Threw my whole body out of whack. Made me rethink whether healthy fast food is really possible beyond sweet green.
