I love Sweet Green but there’s a ton of salt in salad dressing too. And the Harvest Bowl is about 700 calories. I don’t think it’s that different than a Chipotle bowl.

Moby Dick: salmon kabob which comes with roasted onion and tomato, salad, rice, and pita bread (you could always skip the carbs).

Chicken kabobs with veggie sides (chickpeas, spinach, potatoes). I'm sure the sides are cooked in oil but it's still a relatively healthy meal.

This. Most restaurant food is loaded with salt and oil. However it can be "healthy" (ish) otherwise if you stick to lean protein and veg. So not necessarily the best if you are trying to lose weight but having it occasionally won't wreck your diet.

cava with the 30-calorie dressing and no crunchies or bread

Wendy's has some salad that use to be on Weight Watcher, i forgot which ones
Turkey or roasted chicken sub from Subway, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles - no mayo

Sodium isn’t really a problem if you dont have underlying medical problems like heart failure, high BP, kidney dysfunction. If you are heathy, sodium is fine, just drink more water and the excess gets flushed out.
