If driving high as a kite is legal, driving after two beers should be, too. That’s far less of a risk on the roads.

I drive far better while high than when I’m straight. Being high let’s me drive faster, closer to cars in front of me, and have faster reflexes. In my neighborhood there are streets that I can barely maintain 35 mph on curves but if I have a few edibles I can take those same corners at 60.
