Endurance and strength can be trained. You can't train your way into becoming an amazing sprinter.
Speed isn't as uncoachable as height, but it's close.
nobody said anyone will transform into Usain Bolt. I’m the football parent and my kid improved dramatically. Is he going to now run D1 track? no. Is he now one of the faster kids on his football team? yes. Is he the fastest on his lacrosse team? yes.
