Sports are more fun when you have some skill. OP is letting her daughter quit before she is skilled enough to enjoy it. It doesn't matter than she tried it before.
Kids need either the fun coach or friends to get to that point. Also a parent who will work with them. All 3 is the perfect trifecta. If your kid wants to go to practice to see friends and you'll play catch/do soft toss enough that games are fun, then sure.
Same with skating or dive. Gotta at least take your kid to the pool or rink.
OP maybe try something you'll love doing alongside your kid? Have you introduced her to the types of exercise you enjoy?
