As an associate my DH made just over 200 as a junior associate (about 15 years ago). I don't know what that would be today.

Gov closer to $180.

Stint at a small firm was 80K + bonuses based on settlements/judgements (never amounted to more than 30K, and some months payment was not possible so it was caught up later...real gritty stuff but he loved it).

Now at a large in-house just under $400 including bonus and stock. This seems to be a great place to be.

I'm an entry-level attorney in technology and make $160,000. I work 45 hours a week.

Senior legal services lawyer, not a supervisor: $72,000. We are underpaid.

You poor thing. Perhaps there is public assistance you can apply for.

I make 250k at a somewhat high-stress job but work fully remotely.

I’m in senior counsel govt (not fed) job - very bottom of the range of that classification. I make 175k. It will top off around 250k. Guaranteed 5% increases a year. 40-45hrs a week, hybrid. Can be stressful.

My spouse is at a large non profit, graduated same year I did, makes 350k. 100% remote, pretty low stress, works 35-40hrs/wk.

It’s really disheartening. T10 law school, 20 years experience in Big Law, in-house and small law. Can’t seem to break out of the $300’s (unless I go back to Big Law which I’m not doing.)

GS15 starts at about 164k and hits about 192k. The most experienced gov lawyers, at least in my agency, are at GS15 (although some never are). I think I got my 15 around year 5.

In house and make 500k+ including stock grants and bonus, salary is mid-200ks. I also get my evenings and weekends, unlike BigLaw.
